子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者化疗期间综合护理效果评价

Evaluation of General Nursing Effect of Patients with Endometrial Carcinoma Combined with Diabetes during the Chemotherapy Period

目的探讨将综合护理应用在子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者化疗期间,对其效果进行评价。方法在2014年6月—2017年6月期间该院收治的子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病化疗患者中选取15例进行研究,按照奇偶分组法将其分为实验组8例和参照组7例。对参照组行常规护理干预,对实验组行综合护理干预。对比2组血糖控制情况和护理效果。结果与实验组患者相比较,参照组患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖水平较高,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者的护理效果相比于参照组较优,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将综合护理干预应用在子宫内膜癌合并糖尿病患者化疗期间,明显改善了患者的血糖水平,将治疗效果予以提高。

Objective To study the evaluation of general nursing effect of patients with endometrial carcinoma combined with diabetes during the chemotherapy period. Methods 15 cases of patients with endometrial carcinoma combined with diabetes in our hospital from June 2014 to June 2017 were elected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 7 cases adopted the routine nursing intervention, while the experimental group with 8 cases adopted the general nursing intervention, and the blood glucose control situation and nursing effect were compared between the two groups. Results The differences in the fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose level between the two groups were obvious,and the difference were statistically significant（P 0.05）, and the nursing effect of patients with endometrial carcinoma combined with diabetes is better than that in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion The application of general nursing intervention in patients with endometrial carcinoma combined with diabetes during the chemotherapy period can obviously improve the blood glucose level and improve the treatment effect.
