新疆地区帕金森病患者[^(11)C]-CFT脑多巴胺转运体PET显像的研究

Study on the [^(11)C]-CFT Dopamine Transporter PET Imaging in Patients with Parkinson's Disease in Xinjiang

摘要 目的探讨[^(11)C]-CFT脑多巴胺转运体(DAT)正电子发射断层显像(PET)在新疆维吾尔自治区帕金森病(PD)患者中的诊断价值。方法对58例PD患者(H-Y分级≤2.5级的早期PD患者54例,H-Y分期≥4级的晚期PD患者4例)为PD组和^(11)例正常人(对照组),分别进行[^(11)C]-CFT-DAT-PET显像,采用感兴趣区(ROI)的[^(11)C]-CFT摄取值,比较PD组与对照组之间的差异。结果 PD组在尾状核、前壳核、后壳核的[^(11)C]-CFT摄取值与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 [^(11)C]-CFT-DAT-PET显像在早期PD的诊断中具有一定应用价值。 Aim To investigate the diagnostic value of [^(11) C]-CFT brain dopamine transporter(DAT) positron emission tomography(PET) in patients with Parkinson's disease(PD) in Xinjiang. Methods Among 58 PD patients, 54 cases were Hoehn-Yahr(H-Y) scale with 2.5 stages and 4 cases were H-Y scale with 4 stages. ^(11) were normal cases. They were separately doing [^(11) C]-CFT-DAT-PET imaging. [^(11) C]-CFT uptake values of regions of interest(ROI) were used to compare PD patients with the control group. Results Compared with the control group, there was significant statistical difference of radioactive count in the caudate nucleus, anterior putamen and posterior putamen of PD patients. Conclusion [^(11) C]-CFT-DAT-PET imaging is valuable in early diagnosis of PD patients.
