摘要
对于一般家庭或办公环境而言,书柜对于书籍、文件资料、装饰摆件的收纳及空间的整洁性起到不可忽视的作用。但书柜搁板由于长期承受着较大的负重,易出现弯曲的现象,究其原因主要是板材发生了蠕变。对于书柜搁板的弯曲蠕变问题,国内一般是从家具支承、接合方式等角度来研究原因,而国外更关注应用实践等方面。加厚搁板或是板下增置竖隔板是目前常见的两种缓解搁板蠕变的方法,然而这两种方法都会在一定程度上影响到家具整体的美观性。因此,本文以搁板自身结构为研究重点,通过实验探究不同结构的蠕变特性并进行分析,归纳总结出具有优良的抗弯曲蠕变性能的搁板结构。
For general household or office environment,the bookcase plays an important role in the tidi-ness of space and the storage of books,documents,decorations etc.However,bookcase shelf would appearto bend due to long-term heavy load,which can be accounted for the creep of the shelf.With regard to thebending creep problems of the bookcase shelf,the domestic researchers usually explored the reasons fromthe perspective of furniture support and structure,and the overseas ones paid more attention to the appli-cation practice.There are two common ways of relieving shelf creep by increasing the thickness of theshelf or increasing the vertical partition under the shelf board.But these two methods will affect the over-all aesthetics of furniture to a certain extent.Therefore,this paper focused on the shelf structure,and ex-plored the creep characteristics of different structures through experiments.The shelf structures with ex-cellent anti-bending performance were extracted.
