摘要
采用S7-200 PLC进行油田注水模拟系统的数据处理。基于组态王开发采集和控制程序,采集并显示5台泵出口和35口模拟注水井的压力和流量信号、存储和再现历史数据并设计报表打印功能,同时根据设定值远程控制5台变频器的工作频率。
S7-200 PLC was adopted to process the data of oilfield flooding simulation system. Having King-VIEW based to develop both data collection and control programs was implemented, including the pressure andflow data collection and display of 5 pumps and 35 water-injection wells, their storage and historical data re-production and report printing; meanwhile, the working frequency of 5 converters can be controlled remotelyaccording to the set value.
