摘要
针对目前医药包装用铝塑盖清洗时存在生产效率低、稳定性较差及劳动强度大等问题,设计开发了一条全自动清洗生产线。在分析生产线工艺流程的基础上给出了整体布局、关键结构设计,并采用S7-200系列PLC控制器对清洗生产线进行有序控制。投运结果表明:系统运行稳定可靠、操作方便,降低了生产成本。
Aiming at low production efficiency, process of cleaning aluminum-plastic cap, a full high labor intensity, poor stability and other issues in the auto-cleaning production line was designed. Basing on analy- zing the process flow of the production line, the overall layout and key structures' design were implemented, including adopting $7-200 PLCs to control cleaning production line. The results show that, the production line system runs stably and reliably and it's easy to operate along with reduced production cost as required.
