摘要 越野滑雪运动员的体能是发挥其动技术、战术的基础和保证。将运动员陆地体能训练获得的效果转化为雪上滑行的竞技能力是提高与比赛成绩的关键。在备战第十三届全国冬季运动会时,探索适合运动员陆地体能训练效果转化为雪上比赛竞技能力的手段,认为体能训练之前必须进行功能性动作质量筛查,依据动作质量筛查的结果设计针对性矫正康复训练,确保运动员在新一轮的训练中不再因伤病影响训练。在此基础上进行核心力量训练、灵敏素质与协调能力的训练,并通过灵敏与协调素质的训练提高动作速度与上下肢配合能力,构建陆地训练向雪上竞技能力转化的桥梁。 Cross-country skier's physical fitness is to play its dynamic technology,tactics and guarantee. Transforming the effect obtained from physical training of terrestrial landlakes into the competitive ability of skiing on snow is the key to improving the performance of the competition. At the preparation for the 13 th National Winter Games,the paper explores a suitable means for athletes to convert the physical training effect into the athletic competitive ability on the snowboard. It is suggested that functional quality screening should be conducted before the physical training and the pertinence should be designed according to the result of the quality screening Correctional rehabilitation exercise to ensure that athletes in the new round of training will no longer be injured due to injury training. On this basis,the core strength training,the sensitive quality and the coordination ability training,and through the training of the sensitivity and coordination quality to establish the land training results to the snow sports ability.
