基于精益生产理论的服装流水线优化研究

Optimization of Clothing Assembly Line Based on Lean Production Theory

为了研究精益生产理论对服装流水线的改善作用,首先阐述了精益生产理论的内容和由来,以L公司标准五袋女装牛仔裤为例对传统流水线工序进行测时分析,结合流水线改善理论ECRS法则分别从取消、合并、重排、简化4个方面进行流水线工序优化,并应用于企业实践.结果表明:ECRS法则对于改善服装流水线效果显著,产量、产值、工人平均时薪、在制品、准交率和返工率都有了很大改善,流水线工序编制效率由原来的不足60%提高到90%以上,日产量也由原来的400件左右提高到598件,平均时薪由原来的8.72元提高到14.63元,改善效果明显.

In order to study the effect of lean production theory on the improvement of the clothing assembly line, the origin and contents of lean production theory was introduced at first, then the tra- ditional assembly line process was analyzed with standard five bags jeans in L company as example, after that, the assembly line process was optimized from respects of cancel, merge, rearrangement and simplify by combining the ECRS theory, and applied to the practice of enterprise. Results show that the ECRS principle improved the garment assembly line remarkably, the yield, output value, the average hourly wage of workers, articles being processed, accurate delivery rate and rework rate were dramatically improved, assembly line process complying efficiency increased from less than 60% to more than 90% , daily output also increased from 400 to 598, and average hourly earnings from RMB 8.72 to 14. 63, all the results show significantly improvement.
