摘要
采用Na_2CO_3、NaHCO_3、NaCl和Na_2SO_4共4种单盐对碱地风毛菊(Saussurea amara L.)苗期的耐盐性进行研究,主要从存活率、株高、根长和耐盐性指标分析该草种在不同盐分、不同浓度胁迫下的生长状况。结果表明:该草种株高和根长随盐浓度的增大而下降;在中性盐胁迫下存活率比在碱性盐胁迫下存活率高,而且碱性越大,存活率越低。
Seedling salt tolerance of Saussurea amara L. to four single-salt of Na_2CO_3,NaHCO_3,Na Cl and Na_2SO_4 was studied. Growth conditions of species under stress of different salt and different concentrations were analyzed mainly from survival rate,plant height,root length and salt tolerance index. Results showed that,plant height and root length reduced with Na Cl concentration increased,survival rate of this forage with neutral salt stress were more higher than with alkaline salt stress,and survival rate was decreased when alkaline salt concentration increased.
