摘要 运用数据包络模型(DEA)分析方法对"十二五"期间的吉林省各市州的科技研发效率和成果转化效率进行研究,结果表明,吉林省的科技研发效率高于成果转化效率,且各市州的效率有较明显的差距;经济的发达程度对于科技研发和成果转化效率没有显著影响,高校的数量及质量则对其具有重要的意义;按R&D创新和转化效率值高低,9个市州R&D活动模式分为高创新高转化、高创新低转化、低创新高转化和低创新低转化4种模式;吉林省R&D创新和转化效率未来挖掘的重点主要在松原和白山地区,各市州应以促进研发和科技成果转化为契机,采取有效措施加快科技创新成果的转化进程。 Efficiency of scientific and technological research and development in Jilin province during 12 th Five-year Plan period were studied by using data envelopment model( DEA) analysis method. Research showed that efficiency of science and technology research and development in Jilin province was higher than that of results,and efficiency of each city state was significantly different. Degree of economic development has no significant impact on efficiency of science and technology research and development,and quantity and quality of colleges and universities were of great significance to them. According to the value of R D innovation and transformation efficiency,R D activity pattern of nine cities was divided into four modes: high innovation and high transformation,high innovation and low transformation,low innovation and high conversion,low innovation and low transformation. Jilin province R D innovation and transformation efficiency focus mainly on the future mining matsubara and baishan region,secri should be to promote the development of scientific and technological achievements transformation as an opportunity to take effective measures to speed up the transformation of scientific and technological innovation of process.
