基于云模型的模糊Petri网HSE绩效评价方法

摘要 为了得到更加客观、有效的HSE绩效评价结果,避免模糊Petri网(Fuzzy Petri Nets,FPN)输入参数初始状态矩阵的确定存在主观随意性问题,综合考虑评价要素的模糊性和随机性,建立了基于云模型的模糊Petri网HSE绩效评价模型。结合绩效评价标准,得到正态云数字特征参数,构建绩效评价云模型。将多位专家打分的均值作为输入云滴,将正向云发生器计算得出的确定度作为FPN的初始状态值,再经过FPN推理得到绩效评价结果。最后通过HSE体系案例分析证明:基于云模型的FPN不仅适用于HSE绩效评价,而且可以为HSE管理提供决策支持。 In order to obtain more objective and effective results of HSE performance evaluation and avoid the problem of subjective arbitrariness of initial state matrix of fuzzy Petri nets( FPN),the fuzziness and randomness of evaluation factors are considered comprehensively. An HSE performance evaluation model of FPN based on cloud model is established. Combined with the performance evaluation standard,the normal cloud characteristic parameters are derived and performance evaluation cloud model is constructed. Average values of the experts scoring are taken as cloud droplets of the normal cloud which are substituted into forward cloud generator and the calculated value is taken as the initial state matrix of FPN. Then the performance evaluation result is calculated by FPN. Finally,a case study based on the HSE model proves that the FPN based on the cloud model can not only apply to HSE performance evaluation,but also provide decision support for HSE management.
