摘要
近年来,石化行业大型事故频发,给企业造成了较大的损失,给社会带来了恶劣的影响。合理的工程设计,可避免和减少特大型事故带来的危害。文章以一些石化厂火灾事故为例,通过分析事故类型及特点、波及范围,从总平面和场地竖向工程设计的视角探讨工程设计应采取的一些对策,如确定合适的防火间距,限制流淌火,设置事故水收集设施等。
In recent years,large-scale accidents happened frequently in petrochemical enterprises,which caused great losses to enterprises and brought bad effects to society. Reasonable engineering design can avoid and reduce the damages caused by accidents. Taking a fire accident in one petrochemical enterprise as an example,this paper analyses the causes,characteristics and influence scope of the accidents. And then it puts forward some engineering countermeasures from the perspectives of general layout and elevation planning design such as fire separation distance,limiting flowing fire,accident water collection and so forth.
