摘要
我国作为石油及天然气开采大国,上游板块挥发性有机物(VOCs)排放控制问题不容小觑。需要指出的是,该部分VOCs专项控制要求及相应技术支持较为欠缺,急需开展深入调研及整体规划。对石油天然气开采行业过程中的五大类排放源(储罐、压缩机、气动阀、气动泵、设备泄漏及逸散排放),提出相应的控制技术和建议。同时对此过程中油品集输的VOCs年排放量,以及采取相应控制技术后的减排量进行估算,拟为我国石油天然气开采领域的VOCs控制提供一定的理论及技术支持。
As a leading global producer of oil and gas,the emission problem of upstream in China cannot be underestimated. However,there is lack of targeted VOCs control requirements and pertinent technical support in this field. So,in-depth research and overall planning is in urgent need. Aiming at the five emission sources in the exploration process of oil and gas covering storage tanks,compressors,pneumatic controllers,pneumatic pumps,equipment leaks and fugitive emissions,corresponding control recommendations are presented. Meanwhile,this paper estimates the annual emission of volatile organic compounds( VOCs) from oil collection and transportation during the exploration of oil and gas in our country. It also estimates the emission reduction amount in order to provide technical support and theoretical basis for the development of VOCs control in the exploration field of oil and gas industry.
