摘要
为了降低物料的损失,杜绝粗汽油储罐55-T-0004因大、小呼吸的作用增加的对环境的污染,中国石油独山子石化公司乙烯厂将老区及新区裂解粗汽油进储运联合车间储罐的流程进行变更和优化,使得裂解粗汽油不进粗汽油罐55-T-0004,将该罐隔离,作为正常情况下不进料的应急储罐使用。通过优化外送流程和风险评估,4套联合车间通过配合操作和消除瓶颈,实现新、老区裂解粗汽油直接汇合进入乙烯一联合车间脱戊烷塔10-C-6601的目标,经过加氢流程完成组分分离和加氢反应,在得到合格的加氢汽油产品的同时,达到VOCs减排的目的。
In order to reduce material loss and eliminate pollution increase to the environment due to the large and small respiratory function of the crude gasoline tank of55-T-0004,this paper modified and optimized the process of pyrolysis crude gasoline from the old and new districts entering the storage tank of joint workshop so that such gasoline wouldn 't enter the 55-T-0004 crude gasoline tank. Then this tank is isolated and used as emergency tank( under normal circumstances,there 's no feed). Through optimizing the delivery process and risk assessment,4 joint workshops operate jointly to eliminate bottleneck so that the pyrolysis crude gasoline from the old and new districts directly enters as a confluence into the ethylene joint workshop depentanizer 10-C-6601. After the hydrogenation process,component separation and hydrogenation reaction are completed and qualified gasoline products are obtained. Through process adjustment and optimization,VOCs emission reduction is achieved for the first time.
