摘要
根据煤岩学及煤化学分析结果,研究了巴彦高勒煤矿3-1煤的煤岩、煤质特征及主要工艺性能。结果表明:巴彦高勒煤的变质程度高于神东煤田其他区域,煤岩组分中惰质组含量相对较高;煤质特性优良,为特低灰、低硫、高发热量、特低磷、特低氯、特低砷、特低氟煤,有机硫含量高,洗选脱除性差;矿物的组成和含量对煤灰特性影响较大,需注意裂隙方解石和黄铁矿对煤灰成分变化带来的影响;巴彦高勒煤的转化特性优良,具有反应性高、热稳定性高、落下强度高、成浆浓度高、焦油产率高、结渣率低等优点,是比较理想的动力煤、化工煤及喷吹煤。
According to the coal petrology and coal chemistry analyzing results,the coal petrology characteristics,coal quality characteristics and main process performance of Bayangaole coal mine 3-1 coal seam were researched,the results showed that:the metamorphic grade of Bayangaole coal is higher than coal from other fields,the content of inert group is relatively high;the coal quality characteristics is good,it is the especially low ash,low sulfur,high calorific value,especially low chlorine,especially low arsenic,especially low-fluorine coal,the organic sulfur content is high,washing removal character is poor;the mineral composition and content has greater impact on coal ash characteristics,how the rift calcite and pyrite affects the coal ash composition should be noticed;the conversion character is good,it has high reactivity,high thermal stability,high shutter strength,high slurry concentration,high tar yield,low slagging rate,which is the reasonable power coal,chemical engineering coal and injection coal.
