半焦混配不黏煤制备民用洁净型煤研究 被引量:3

摘要 针对目前民用散烧煤造成严重的大气污染,而无烟煤型煤成本高、价格贵的问题,以挥发分少、价格低的半焦为研究对象,探讨了半焦成型制备民用洁净型煤的可行性,并尝试通过混配挥发分高的不黏煤以改善半焦型煤的燃烧性能。研究结果表明:半焦型煤具有低挥发分、低硫、低灰和高发热量的煤质特性,且冷压强度和落下强度均符合相关标准,因而半焦可用于制备民用洁净型煤。半焦型煤中混配4.7%的不黏煤时,可提高型煤的燃烧反应性,使其上火速度由1.34℃/min增大为1.57℃/min,但混配量超过4.7%时将使型煤产品的挥发分(V_(daf))超出规定值(12%)。从燃烧性能和烟尘排放评价可知,半焦型煤和混配型煤的质量接近市售的无烟煤型煤,二者均可作为质优价廉的民用清洁燃料。 Aiming at the serious air pollution induced by domestic disperse combustion of coal,and the high cost and high price of anthracite briquette,in this paper,the semi-coke,which endowed with less volatile matter(VM)and low price,was selected as raw material to produce domestic clean coal briquette.Moreover,the long-flame coal with high VM content was added to the semi-coke briquette to improve its combustion characteristics.The results show that the semi-coke briquette is characterized by low VM content,less sulfur,low ash content and high calorific value.In addition,the cold pressing intensity and falling intensity of briquette products could meet the related criteria.Therefore,semi-coke can be used to produce domestic clean coal briquette.When the semi-coke briquette was mixed with 4.7% long-flame coal,its combustion characteristics could be improved by increasing its ignition velocity from 1.34 ℃/min to 1.57 ℃/min.However,the dosage of long-flame coal cannot exceed 4.7%.Otherwise,the VM content will be more than the allowed value of 12%.From the point of view of combustion characteristics and dust/soot emissions,the quality of semi-coke briquette(with or without long-flame coal)approaches or precedes that of anthracite briquette.Thus,the semi-coke briquette can be used as domestic clean fuels.
