摘要
简述图像传感的器件在自动测试中的应用,对影响图像质量的相机参数、Gamma设置对图像灰度的影响进行实验研究。研究表明:在图像法测定煤的镜质体反射率过程中,Gamma设置对工作曲线的建立影响较大;Gamma设置为1时灰度与反射率成线性关系,而Gamma值与1的偏离程度越大,灰度与反射率的线性相关性越差。采用图像法测定煤的镜质体反射率时,建议将Gamma值设置为1以保证测值准确性。
This paper introduced the application of image sensing device in automatic test,and the camera parameters which affected the image quality,the influence of Gamma setting up on image grayscale were also researched.The research showed that:in the process of using image method to determine the vitrinite reflectivity of coal,the Gamma setting up affected the establishment of working curve a lot;when the Gamma setting up was 1,the grayscale and reflectivity were in linear relationship,the greater the degree of deviation between Gamma value and 1,the worse the linear correlation of grayscale and reflectivity was.If the image method to determine the vitrinite reflectivity was used,the gamma value was suggested to be 1,which could ensure the accuracy of determination value.
