摘要
结合目前煤炭制样的现状,提出可采用以PLC控制为核心的煤炭联合制样机系统,介绍了HMZZX环保型无人值守煤炭联合制样机控制系统的组成、控制原理、工作流程、控制方式和控制要求,并从管理控制一体化、上位机系统、来样称重系统、主站系统、全水分缩分控制系统、存查样缩分控制系统、分析样缩分控制系统、除尘单元与自动包装控制系统等方面剖析了控制系统的设计;阐述了MCGS上位机组态软件在监控控制系统和过程的组态方法、TIA Portal在硬件搭建和程序设计时的使用和组态方法,且给出具体的控制程序;对由PLC控制站和上位机组成的控制系统的功能也进行了叙述,通过软件与硬件的结合从而实现煤炭在整个制样过程中的实时监测和全过程自动化控制。
Combining with the current status of coal sample preparation,it was proposed that the coal united sample preparation machine system with the core of PLC control could be used,moreover,the composition,control principle,work flow,control mode and control requirements of HMZZX environmentally friendly unattended operation coal united sample preparation machine control system were introduced,and from aspects such as management and control integration,the host computer system,sample weighing system,the main station system,the total moisture division control system,storage sample division control system,analysis sample division control system,dust removal unit and automatic packaging control system and so on,the design of control system was researched;The configure method of MCGS host computer SCADA in monitoring control systems and process was demonstrated,as well as the utilization and configure method of TIA portal in hardware build and program design,and the specific control process was also proposed;the function of control system which was composed of PLC control station and host computer was also demonstrated,through the combination of software and hardware,the real-time monitoring and whole process automation control in the whole process of coal sample preparation could be realized.
