Editor＇s note： The China Cultural Centers are official overseas cultural institutions of China. As an important window and bridge for cultural diplomacy, overseas China Cultural Centers are playing an important role in introducing Chinese culture, enhancing mutual understanding and carrying out exchanges and cooperation. By the end of 2016, China has already put into operation 30 overseas China Cultural Centers and there will be more centers in the future, in the context of the ＂Belt and Road＂ initiative, these overseas China Cultural Centers are like cultural windows along the Silk Road, which will continue to explore new modes of cooperation and development, promote cultural communication, enhance friendship and strengthen people-to-people bond.
