天然多糖对实验免疫性和酒精性肝损伤的干预评价研究进展

Effects of natural polysaccharides on immune and alcholic liver injuries:research advances

近年来研究表明,植物、动物和微生物来源的天然多糖对免疫性和酒精性肝损伤模型动物均具有很好的预防和改善作用,并对其相关作用机制也有初步研究和报道。这些不同来源的活性多糖经胃预防给药,对卡介苗/脂多糖、刀豆蛋白和乙肝病毒诱导的免疫性肝损伤及酒精诱导的急性或慢性肝损伤模型动物均有明显的保护或改善作用。本文将这些活性多糖的抗肝损伤研究现状和进展进行归纳、总结和分析,并指出存在问题或疑问,以期未来多糖类天然产物可用于临床肝损伤的预防和治疗。

In recent years,many researches have shown that natural polysaccharides from plants,animals and microorganisms exhibited significant prophylactic and protective effects on immune and alcholic liver injuries. The preliminary mechanisms of these active polysaccharides were also investigated. These active polysaccharides with different origins exhibited significant preventive or therapeutic effects on the immunologically Bacillus Calmette-Guerin（BCG）/lipopolysaccharide（LPS）,Con A or hepatitis B virus（HBV）induced hepatic injury and ethanol-induced acute or chronic hepatic-injury animal models when the polysaccharides were intragastrically administered to the animals. In this paper,we summarize the current status,research advances,and existent problems or doubts in the research of these polysaccharides with a focus on the effect of polysaccharides on the liver injuries,in order to provide reference for future studies on their application as preventive or therapeutic agents.
