虚拟环境下民机绕机目视检查优化设计 被引量:1

Naked Eye Inspection Around-Civil Aircraft Optimization Design in the Virtual Environment

摘要 飞机上的检查目标种类繁多、要求各异,传统绕机检查中存在检查站位不充足、距离远近不清楚、缺少经验的检查人员不易操作等问题。针对以上问题,提出一种三维检测仿真方法,运用可视锥对全部检测目标进行可视性分析,建立以绕机检查中站位点和仰视角度为目标的可视效果模型,引入改进粒子群算法,以空间和时间限制为约束,对时间计算结果进行区分,提出目视检查点和扫视检查点,将站位计算结果引入虚拟仿真平台,利用DELMIA软件对图像检测任务仿真。仿真结果展示了虚拟环境下,检查人员良好的可视效果和检查姿态,全部检查图像清晰可视,检查站位明确,绕机路径易于操作。结论表明,利用智能算法与虚拟维修相结合,可以实现绕机可视检测任务的仿真与优化。 There are many kinds of inspection targets on the aircraft,the requirements are different,there are many problems such as the lack of inspection stations,the distance is not clear,the inexperienced inspectors are not easy to operate.To solve the above problems,this paper presents a three-dimensional detection simulation method,using visual cone on all testing target visibility analysis.The visual-effect model is proposed to optimize the station distances and the angles of elevations,using the introduction of improved particle swarm optimization algorithm,the constraints of space and time limit.The calculation results are distinguished,proposing visual inspection points and saccade check point.The station calculation results are introduced into the virtual simulation platform,and the image detection task is simulated by using DELMIA software.The simulation results showthat under the virtual environment,the inspector has good visual effect and inspection posture,all the images can be seen clearly,the inspection stations are clear,and the winding path is easy to operate.The results showthat the simulation and optimization of the visual inspection task can be realized by the combination of intelligent algorithm and virtual maintenance.
