摘要
住区公共空间是社区生活的物质载体,是居民日常户外活动的重要场所。文章利用数字化模式技术,以太阳辐射的量化评价入手,从人工水域范围优化、亲水平台选址优化两个方面,讨论寒冷地区公共空间的最优化布局。研究提出公共空间热环境的舒适度,可以通过规划设计前期方案的定量模拟研究予以提升。将这一理念整合进入方案设计阶段,不仅能保证住区规划的科学性,而且是实现高舒适人居环境十分经济有效的方式。
Residential public space is the place involve community life, and is also the place for residents' daily outdoor activities. In this paper, the digital model technique is used to optimize the layout of the artificial water area and the hydrophilic platform in residential area public space. The comfort degree of thermal environment in public space can be studied and promoted by quantitative simulation research of planning and design. This method is not only a very economical and effective way to realize the public space with high comfort, but also conforms to the direction of quantitative and scientific development of residential planning.
