基于职住平衡视角下的开发区就业员工居住解决对策--以北京经济技术开发区为例

Solutions to the Settlement of Employment Employees in the Development Zone Based on the Perspective of the Balance of Employment and Residence—— Taking Beijing Economic and Technological Development Zone as an Example

随着我国经济与城市的快速发展,我国多数开发区在发展到一定阶段之后均存在职住分离的问题,文章以北京经济技术开发区为例,总结分析其职住分离的现状、特征及趋势,从存量挖潜、结构优化、转型升级、配套提质等方面提出促进职住平衡的相关建议,为其他开发区的建设提供借鉴与参考。

With the rapid development of economy and city in China, most of the development zones are separated from jobs after their development to a certain stage. Taking Beijing economic and Technological Development Zone as an example, this paper summarizes the status quo, characteristics and trends of job separation. From the aspects of stock tapping, structural optimization, transformation and upgrading, matching and upgrading, some suggestions for promoting the balance of job and housing are put forward, so as to provide reference for other development zones.
