浅析辽河老街的保护与发展

Analysis on the Protection and of Development Liaohe Old Street

辽河老街位于辽河出海口附近,曾经盛极一时。其上保留着诸多的近代建筑,是本土文化、移民文化、西方文化三者的碰撞与交融的见证。基于此背景,从建筑形态、空间格局、空间尺度及街、巷风格与文化氛围的塑造、与码头的关联等角度来捕捉历史符号,将其融入到辽河老街的保护与发展当中。同时,对辽河老街应充分利用与港口毗邻的优势,加强与东北腹地的联系,协调街区与港口的发展关系进行了必要阐述。

Liaohe Old Street is located in the vicinity of the Liaohe Estuary, once very prosperous. There are many modern buildings preserved on it, which is the witness of the collisions and blending of the local culture, the immigrant culture and the western culture. Based on this background, historical symbols are captured from the perspectives of architectural form, spatial pattern, spatial scale, street and alley style and cultural atmosphere and the connection with docks, and are integrated into the protection and development of the Liaohe Old Street. At the same time, the Liaohe Street should make full use of the advantages of being adjacent to the port： strengthening the connection with the hinterland of northeast China and coordinating the development of the block and port.
