摘要
介绍了多层生瓷片的热切过程,分析了热切对于机器视觉定位的要求,论述了机器视觉方案设计和定位的误差分析与补偿、定位计算,实现了多层生瓷片的高精度快速热切。
This paper mainly introduces Thermal Cutting process of multi-layer raw ceramics, analyzes the requirements of Thermal Cutter for machine vision positioning, and discusses machine vision scheme design and error analysis, compensation and calculation of location. Finally, highly precise and fast Thermal Cutting of multi-layer raw ceramics is realized.
