基于层次分析法对国家图书馆网站建设及读者利用满意度的调查研究

Research on the Website Construction and Reader Utilization Satisfaction of National Library of China Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

基于层次分析法,从网站功能、网站结构、网站资源、网站服务、用户体验5个方面建立了一套对国家图书馆网站进行评价的指标体系。通过对网站建设情况及读者利用满意度进行分析,找出了国家图书馆网站建设过程中存在的问题并提出了改进建议,以期提高国家图书馆网站的信息传播影响力。

Based on the analytic hierarchy process（AHP）,this paper sets up an index system for evaluating the website of National Library of China from five aspects of website function,website structure,website resources,website service and user experience. Based on the analysis of website construction and reader satisfaction,this paper finds out the problems existing in the website construction process of National Library of China,and puts forward suggestions for improvement in order to improve the information dissemination influence of the website.
