在我国社会主要矛盾发生变化的背景下,卫生乡镇改革提高到了健康村镇建设的战略高度,需要建立一个多元化、多层次的健康服务体系,需要更多社会力量参与到健康村镇建设中。社会工作作为重要的社会力量之一,具有独有的理念价值、人性化的服务技巧以及贴近基层、直接服务村镇居民的优势。通过志愿服务引入、家庭医生签约服务综合管理、健康教育推进等路径,有助于切实保障居民健康、推动医疗体制改革、增强社会治理能力,为推动健康中国、全面建成小康社会服务。

With the changes of the major social contradictions in China,Health Township Reform has been raised to the strategic height of the construction of healthy villages and towns. It is necessary to establish a pluralistic,multi-leveled health service system and get more social forces to participate in the construction. Social work,as one of the important social forces,stands out for its unique concept of values,humanized service skills and direct service to village and town residents.Measures including the introduction of voluntary services,the management of family doctors＇ contract services and the promotion of healthy education,will help to ensure the health of residents,promote health care reform and enhance social governance,thus contributing to promote healthy China and build a moderately prosperous society in all respects.
