“互联网+”视域下晋商大院文化游发展路径探析——以SWOT分析方法为观察视角

摘要 晋商大院文化游是山西旅游业的后起之秀,同时又兼具地域特色的商业文化底蕴。近年来,山西各级政府持续加大对晋商大院文化游的投资力度。借助良好的政策导向,着眼于打造精品工程的考量,运用SWOT分析方法,对晋商大院文化游进行优势、劣势、机遇、挑战分析,提出打造特色、精准营销、建立APP、优化网络服务平台等相应的对策与建议。 The cultural tour to the courtyards of Shanxi merchants is a rising star in the tourism industry of Shanxi Province. At the same time,it also has the commercial cultural heritage with regional characteristics. In recent years,governments at all levels in Shanxi Province have continued to increase their investment in the cultural tour to courtyards of Shanxi merchants. With guidance of good policy,this study focuses on the consideration of building fine quality projects. Using the SWOT analysis method,it conducts a detailed analysis of the cultural tour to courtyards in terms of advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions by elaborating on the existing technology of " Internet plus".
