社会主义核心价值观是社会公德建设的精神动力和价值导向,社会公德是社会主义核心价值观意识形态向人们行为过渡的主要表现形式。在新时代乡村振兴战略的背景下,社会主义核心价值观是农村社会公德建设的价值引领,新时代农村社会公德建设是实现社会主义核心价值观价值追求的重要途径。针对当前农村社会公德建设中存在的问题,结合社会主义核心价值观内容,从国家层面、社会层面和个人层面提出构建新时代农村社会公德建设新途径。
