摘要
采用文献资料法、调查统计法、综合分析等方法 ,课题组对三峡库区少数民族传统体育特点进行了全方位调查研究。研究结果显示 ,三峡库区少数民族传统体育具有如下特点 :1)浓厚的宗教色彩 ;2 )季节性 ;3)娱乐性 ;4 )地域性 ;5 )健身性。并针对以上特点 ,为三峡库区少数民族传统体育的健康发展提出有益的建议。
The characteristics of the Chinese traditional sport of minorities in the Sanxia reservoir area were completely investigated by literature consultation, statistics and integrated analysis. It was shown that the Chinese traditional sport of minorities in the Sanxia reservoir area has the characteristics of strong religion color, characters of season, entertainment, region and body building. In allusion to the above characters useful suggestions were made for the healthy development of the traditional sports of minorities in the Sanxia reservoir area.
