摘要
为探讨光照时间对初配母兔繁殖性能的影响,随机选择165日龄左右、体重相近、健康状况良好的后备母兔400只,随机分为4组,每组5个重复,每个重复20只獭兔。对照组采用自然光照,试验1、2、3组分别人工补充光照至14h、16h、18h,光照强度为55~80 Lux。结果显示:在本试验条件下,光照时间为14h、16h、18h时,发情率均显著高于自然光照(P<0.01);光照14h时,受胎率显著高于自然光照(P<0.05),16h与18h也有所提高(P>0.05);光照时间为14h与16h时均能显著提高獭兔的窝产仔数(P<0.01),18h相对于自然光照无显著差异(P>0.05)。综合以上指标,初配母兔每天光照时间为14~16h,繁殖性能最优。
This experiment is conducted to investigate the effects of light time on reproductive performance of fe-male Rex Rabbits of first mating.Four hundred healthy Rex rabbits at the aged about 165 days and weighing ap-proximately the same size were randomly divided into 4 groups with 5 replicates per group and 20 rabbit per repli-cate.The control group was treated with natural lighting.In the experimental group 1, 2 and 3, artificial light wasadded to 14 h, 16 h and 18 h respectively,and the light intensity was 55~80 lux.The results showed as follows: Inthis experiment,the rate of estrus in each experimental group was significantly higher than that of the controlgroup(P〈0.01).In experiment group 1,conception rate was significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.05),theexperimental group 2 and 3 were also higher than the control group(P〉0.05).In experiment group 1 and 2,littersize were significantly higher than the control group(P〈0.01),but there was no significant difference between thethe experimental group 3 and the control group.Comprehensive consideration,when light time is 14-16 h, the re-productive performance of female Rex Rabbits of first mating is the best.
