摘要
以淀粉为原料,采用过硫酸盐引发法,与亚硫酸氢钠组成氧化还原引发体系,引发淀粉与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚成丙烯酰胺改性淀粉,再经过羧甲基化反应将淀粉葡萄糖残基引入羧甲基,合成了淀粉接枝丙烯酰胺羧甲基化复合改性淀粉。探讨不同浓度下,加入的复合改性淀粉和毛油剂对兔毛可纺性的影响。试验结果表明,当复合变性淀粉接枝为47.7%,添加浓度为4%时,复配的和毛油乳液能够显著改变兔毛的静、逆摩擦系数;和毛油乳液对兔毛消除静电能力良好,开松梳理过程较为顺利,成网质量较好,兔毛抱合力显著增加,减少落毛,提升了兔毛的可纺性。
In this paper, starch as raw material, using persulfate-initiated method, and sodium bisulfite composi-tion of redox initiation system, triggering starch and acrylamide grafted synthetic acrylamide modified starch,through the silk and etherification reaction to starch dextrose residues carboxylated complex modified starch wassynthesized by introducing carboxymethy. The effects of different ratios of acrylamide modified starch on thespinnability of rabbit hair and the change of the viscosity of the oil solution were discussed. The experimental re-sults show that when the percentage rate of the compound modified starch grafting was 47.7% and the concentra-tion of the compound was 4%, the quiescent and inverse friction coefficient of the rabbit hair was significantlychanged by the complex matching and the hair oil emulsion. The hair oil emulsion is good for rabbit hair removal.the carding process is smooth and the hair quality is excellent, increased cohesion greater, while improving thegeneration of electrostatic phenomena, reduce the generation of flying hair.
