高校学生党员“第一身份”意识培育的思考——以河北省石家庄市部分高校为例

强化党员身份意识是增强党性修养的前提,党支部工作直接影响着党员树立身份意识的效果。着眼于增强基层党组织的组织力,发挥其政治功能,结合高校学生党员的学习生活特点,围绕身份认同、身份警醒、身份自觉方面,就增强高校学生党员"第一身份"意识培育提出应严格党的组织生活,政治把关、强化考核,发挥党员教师的示范引领作用。

To strengthen the awareness of party membership is the premise to enhance party spirit training, the party branch work directly affects the effect of party members＇ identity establish. The article focus on strengthening grass-root party organization ,developing its political functions, combining with the characteristics of student party members in colleges and universi-ties study life and waking around the identi ty, status, identity consciousness, and put through countermeasures that we should enhance the first identity consciousness of college student party member, strict regular organization activities of the CPC, poli-tics guard, intensify the assessment, and give play to the demonstration and guide function of party member teachers.
