摘要 激光诱导击穿光谱(LIBS)是一种基于原子激励、发射光谱的物质组分分析技术,具有快速、多元素同时探测且无需样品预处理等优点。本文综述了现阶段LIBS技术在合金、土壤、水、食品等领域金属元素检测中的应用研究进展,认为目前该项技术存在探测精度低、重复性差、探测信号不稳定等方面的问题,基于LIBS技术的金属元素探测仪器的研发,未来应该向常规、便携式、高精度的方向发展。 Laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy(LIBS) technique is widely used to analyze the composition and the concentration of elements in materials,which is based on the atomic excitation and emission spectrum.It has many advantages,such as rapid,multi-element simultaneous detection and without sample pretreatment.In this paper,research progress on the application of metal element detection in such fields as alloy,soil,water,and food is reviewed.It is considered that there are some problems in this technology at present,such as low detection accuracy,poor repeatability,unstable detection signal.It is also found that the research and development of LIBS based metal element detection instrument should be developed towards the direction of conventional,portable and high precision.
