番茄灰霉病发生特点及室内毒力测定 被引量:5

摘要 为了明确温室温度、湿度与番茄灰霉病的发病关系及不同药剂对灰霉病菌的敏感程度,通过温室温度、湿度与发病关系的观察及室内毒力测定试验。结果表明:试验温室4月底发病达到高峰,此时温度17.3℃,相对湿度达75%~90%。低温、高湿是番茄灰霉病发病的必要条件。灰霉病病原菌对4种常用药剂的毒力测定,采用菌丝生长速率法测定其菌落直径计算EC_(50),结果显示培养10 d各药剂抑菌效果依次为:70%嘧霉胺99.97%>60%噻菌灵83.43%>80%甲基硫菌77.65%>50%异菌脲75.81%。 To clarify the relationship between greenhouse temperature and humidity and tomato gray mould ,and the sensitivity of different medicaments to the pathogens, the greenhouse temperature and humidity and disease incidence were observed and laboratory toxicity tests were performed. The test production curve showed that the low incidence of the greenhouse reached the peak in April,at this time the temperature was 17.3%,and the relative humidity was 75%~90%. It is found that low temperature and high humidity are the necessary conditions for the disease of tomato gray mould. The virulence of Botrytis cinerea to four insecticides were measured and calculated ECho the colony diameter by mycelium growth rate method results showed that cultured for 10 days, the inhibitory effect of medicament in order,70% pyrimethanil 99.97%〉60% thiabendazole 83.43%〉80% Thiophanate-methyl 77.65%〉50% iprodione 75.81%.
