摘要
针对目前城市车辆越来越多、交通越来越拥堵的问题,使用图像处理技术计算车流密度,并结合PLC控制器智能控制交通灯的变换以提高车辆通过十字路口的效率。根据道路上车辆所占的总像素的比率计算交通密度,而不是直接计算车辆数量;通过设置交通时间和加权时间作为每条道路的输出参数,并根据道路流量自适应地决定各路口交通信号灯的时间分配。仿真实验结果表明,所提出的智能交通控制系统能有效减轻路口的交通堵塞压力,提高通行效率,并可以通过网络连接的方式,将该方法推广到对多个交通灯的连续控制。
In view of more and more vehicles in the current urban city, and more and more serious traffic congestion problem, in order to improve the efficiency of the vehicles through the crossroads, this paper uses the image processing technology to calculate the traffic density, combined with PLC controller to intelligent control of traffic lights. First, the traffic density is calculated based on the ratio of the total pixels occupied by the vehicle on the road, rather than directly calculating the number of vehicles. Then,the variable traffic flow and the weighted time are set as the output parameters of each road, and according to the traffic density control the order of traffic lights. The simulation results show that the proposed intelligent traffic control system can effectively reduce the traffic jam pressure at the intersection and improve the traffic efficiency, and can realize the continuous control of multiple traffic lights through the network.
