基于L6799的半桥谐振型开关电源的设计

摘要 为了提高开关电源的可靠性,减小故障率,改善电路性能,提升电源的输出能力,提出了一种基于L6799的半桥谐振型开关电源设计方案。以L6799为PFM脉冲发生器,配以半桥驱动电路和LC谐振电路,就能构成高性能的PFM式开关电源。实践表明,此电源在+18 V输出的前提下,最大输出电流达4.5 A以上,最大输出功率达80 W以上,稳压范围达150~270 V。该电源可用于数字办公设备、LED照明设备中,具有广阔的应用前景。 In order to improve the reliability of the switching power supply, reduce failure rate, improvecircuit performance, enhance the output power of the power supply, proposed a half bridge resonantswitching power supply design based on the L6799.Using L6799 as the PFM pulse generator, with halfbridge driver circuit and LC resonant circuit can constitute PFM switching power supply with highperformance, Practice shows that this power supply in the premise of + 18V output, the Maximum outputcurrent of 4.5A above, the maximum output power of 80W above, voltage regulator range up to 150270V.The power supply can be used in digital office equipment and LED lighting equipment.
