呼吸康复联合常规护理在COPD患者中应用

Application of Respiratory Rehabilitation Combined with Routine Nursing in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases

目的探讨常规护理基础上联合呼吸康复护理对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD)患者护理效果的影响。方法 100例COPD患者随机分为观察组与对照组,各50例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予常规联合康复护理,比较两组患者生活质量及肺通气功能。结果对照组患者活动能力评分、躯体功能评分、心理功能评分、社会功能评分(10.7±2.3)、(51.4±5.7)、(55.6±4.3)、(50.4±4.6)低于观察组(16.9±2.5)、(60.4±7.8)、(66.7±5.1)、(58.4±3.7),观察组患者肺通气指标1 s用力呼气量(PEV1)(1.66±0.11)L、呼吸峰值流速(PEF)(4.61±1.12)L/s、1 s用力呼气量占用力肺活量比值(PEV1/FCV)(76.99±4.56)%均高于对照组(1.23±0.12)L、(3.13±0.91)L/s、(70.56±4.78)%,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规护理基础上联合应用呼吸康复护理可提升COPD患者护理效果和生活质量,并改善肺通气功能。

Objective To study the effect of combined use of respiratory rehabilitation on respiratory care in patients with respiratory diseases. Methods 100 patients were divided into observation group and control group,50 patients each group. Patients in control group received routine nursing and patients in observation group received routine nursing combined with rehabilitation. The quality of life and lung function were compared between the two groups. The pulmonary ventilation index 1 s breathing volume observation group was（ 1. 66 ± 0. 11） L,peak breathing velocity was（ 4. 61 ± 1. 12） L/s. Forced breathing capacity and forced vital capacity（ 76. 99 ±4. 56） % were preceded control group（ 1. 23 ± 0. 12） L,（ 3. 13 ± 0. 91） L/s,（ 70. 56 ± 4. 78） %. Data were statistically significant（ P 0. 01）. Conclusion Combined use of respiratory rehabilitation nursing on the basis of routine nursing can greatly improve the nursing effect,the quality of life of patients and improve the function of pulmonary ventilation. The nursing method is clinically worthy of promotion.
