Cercon与In-Ceram全瓷底层材料相对透明率的对比测定 被引量:1

摘要 目的:Cercon base氧化锆、Cercon base color氧化锆、Vita In-Ceram Z21色瓷沉积氧化锆、AL2色瓷沉积氧化铝陶瓷材料相对透明率的对比测定。方法:应用分光测色计在标准黑白背景下分别测量4组全瓷底层材料的表面光反射率,计算得出相对透明率数值。结果:Cercon base氧化锆的相对透明率为0.950,Cercon base color氧化锆0.937,Vita In-Ceram Z21色瓷沉积氧化锆1.000,Vita In-Cer am AL2色瓷沉积氧化铝0.869。结论:4种全瓷系统底层材料中Vita In-Ceram Z21色瓷沉积氧化锆和AL2色瓷沉积氧化铝的相对透明率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且In-Ceram AL2色瓷沉积氧化铝较In-Ceram Z21色瓷沉积氧化锆透明,其余组间的相对透明率差异均无统计学意义(P>0.01)。 Objective To investigate the relative translucency of Cercon and In-Ceram ceramics system core materials, including Vita In-Ceram Electroformed Alumina crown (AL2), Electroformed Zirconia crown (Z21), Cercon base color Zir- conia and Cercon base Zirconia. Methods: The reflectivity of all samples was determined with chromatism instrument , and the ratio Yb/Yw was calculated. Results: The relative translucency of Cercon base Zirconia was 0.950, Cercon base color Zirconia 0.937, Vita In-Ceram Electroformed Zirconia crown (Z21) 1.000, Vita In-Ceram Electroformed Alumina crown (AL2) 0.869. Conclusion: The differences of relative transparency between 4 kinds of all ceramic substrate materials are not statistically significant (P〉0.01) except that between Vita In-Ceram Electroformed Zirconia crown (Z21) and Electro-formed Alumina crown (AL2) (P〈0.01). And Vita In-Ceram Electroformed Alumina crown(AL2) is more translucent than Vita In-Ceram Electroformed Zirconia crown (Z21).
