Exploration of Agricultural Scientific Research Management in the New Period——Taking Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

加强农业科研管理创新是新形势下的必然要求。结合实际,分析了山西省农业科学院科研管理存在的问题,提出了实现农业科研管理创新的对策和建议。

Strengthening the innovation of agricultural scientific research management is the inevitable requirement under the new situation. Combining the actual situation,this paper analyzes the existing problems in the scientific research management of Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences,and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for innovating management of agricultural scientific research.
