摘要
采用甲亚胺试剂分光光度法进行土壤有效硼的测定,此法经济、便捷、操作简单,便于大批量操作。但此法影响因素较多,各个因素有正负交互的作用,使得结果错综复杂~[1]。样品稳定时间、测定温度、湿度、实验室用水及实验室玻璃器皿的洁净程度都会影响检测的准确性,处理不得当会导致实验数据失效。实验结果显示,实验室采用去离子水,实验室温度在22℃~26℃,湿度在45%~55%之间,显色后1 h内完成数据采集,测得的实验结果准确有效,符合质量控制要求。
The method of testing the soil available Boron by spectrophoto metric method of methylenimine reagent is economic,convenient,and easy to operate in quantity. However,there are many factors affecting this method,the positive and negative interaction effect of each influential factor will make the result complicated. The stabilization time of sample,tested temperature and moisture,water used in laboratory,and the cleanliness of glassware used in laboratory will affect the accuracy of the test,if it cannot be processed correctly,the experimental data will lose its efficiency and accuracy. The experiment result shows that this experiment uses the deionized water,the temperature is maintained at between 24 ℃ and26 ℃,the moisture is from 45% to 55%,and the date are collected after the color development 1 hour later,the experiment result is accurate and effective,as well as meeting the quality control requirements.
