摘要
目的调查护理本科生核心能力现状及其影响因素。方法2016年8月,采用方便抽样的方法,选取在武汉市某三级甲等医院进行临床实习的护理本科生183名为研究对象。采用护生核心能力量表、一般自我效能感量表和护理本科生自主学习能力量表进行调查。结果护理本科生核心能力总均分为(4.07±0.32)分,一般自我效能感总均分为(2.57±0.50)分,自主学习能力总均分为(3.57±0.27)分;家庭所在地、专业志愿、一般自我效能感和自主学习能力是护理本科生核心能力的影响因素(P〈0.05)。结论护理教育者和管理者应针对护理本科生的特点,针对性的采取相应的措施,通过提高护生的自我效能感和自主学习能力来提高护生的核心能力。
Objective To explore the status quo and the influencing factors of the core competence of nursing undergraduates. Methods In August 2016, a total of 183 undergraduate nursing students who practiced in a Class III Grade A hospital in Wuhan were selected by convenience sampling method. All the nursing students were surveyed by Competency Inventory for Nursing Students (CINS), General Self-Efficacy Scale(GSES) and Measure Scale of Autonomous Learning Competencies. Results The total scores of CINS, GSES and Measure Scale of Autonomous Learning Competencies were (4.07 ± 0.32), (2.57 ± 0.50) and (3.57 ± 0.27) respectively. Family location, professional volunteering, general self-efficacy and self-learning ability were the factors influencing the core competence of nursing undergraduates (P 〈 0.05). Conclusions According to the characteristics of nursing students, nursing educators and managers should take corresponding measures to improve their core competence by improving their self-efficacy and autonomous learning ability.
