摘要
非智力心理因素是促进人的学习、工作和运动训练积极性的外部动力 ,对一个人成长有着重要的作用。运用卡氏 16PF对高校体育专业二年级学生与其它专业二年级学生进行测试比较 ,结果证明 :体育运动在培养青年的恃强性、敢为性等非智力心理因素方面具有积极作用。非智力心理因素水平的提高能够促进体育运动的发展。对智力因素的发展具有良好的影响。
Nonintellectual mental factors are the external motivity for promoting peoples' enthusiasm in their study, working and exercise training, which play an important role in the growth of a person. By applying the Cattell 16PF (the 16 Personality Factor Questionnaire, first identified by Dr. Cattell), an experiment was made in the students in Grade Two of physical education specialty, compared with those of other specialties in colleges and universities. The results show that the physical education and sport have their positive effects on the cultivation of student' nonintellectual mental factors, such as dominance, courageousness, perfectionism, emotional stability, warmth, liveliness etc. Instead, the improvement of the level of nonintellectual mental factors promotes the development of physical education and sport, which has its favorable effects on the development of the intellectual factors.
