风电场风机叶片无人机巡检技术应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 本文的研究利用无人机巡检手段,携带可见光高清摄像机、激光测距仪等检测传感器,进行叶片高空巡检,能够快速地进行缺陷检测和缺陷信息确认,实现叶片表面损伤初筛的目标。无人机技术应用到风电叶片巡检中能够弥补传统巡检模式的不足,实现风机叶片的低强度、快速化、低成本、少停机式巡检。 In this paper, the use of unmanned aerial vehicle inspection equipment, carrying visible light high- definition cameras, laser range finder and other detection sensors, the blade high-altitude inspection, can quickly carry out defect detection and defect information to confirm the blade surface damage screening aims. UAV technology applied to the wind turbine blade inspection can make up for the lack of traditional inspection mode, to achieve the wind turbine blade with low strength, fast, low cost, less stop patrol.
