摘要
为探讨“Jungmann”公式的适用范围 ,139名 (男 111,女 2 8,13~ 75岁 )受试者 ,在自行车记功器或跑台上进行了“递增负荷运动试验 (GXT)”。对 4组受试者的靶心率进行统计学处理 ,并与“Jungmann”公式推算结果比较分析。结果为 :公式“170 -年龄”和“180 -年龄”推算结果 ,均可用于“最大强度”组和“高于次大强度”组 ;“次大强度”组仅可使用“170 -年龄” ;两公式推算结果 ,均不可用于“症状限制最大强度”组。受试者年龄、运动史、健康状况为筛选公式适用人群的重要因素。建议 :年龄较青、身体健康、有运动习惯者 ,可用“Jungmann”公式推算靶心率 ;年龄较高 ,或没有运动习惯 ,或有一般较稳定的慢性疾病 ,可用公式 170 -年龄推算靶心率 ;心血管系统等慢性疾病患者 ,必须通过GXT评定心脏F .C .后 。
To probe into the application of the 'Jungmann' formula, the Graded Exercise Testing (GXT) was used to examine 139 subjects (male: 111, female: 28. 13~75 years old) on cycle ergometers or treadmills. The THR of each of the 4 groups were calculated, and compared with the 'Jungmann' formula. The results showed that both the '170-age' and the '180-age' formulas might be used in the maximal and over submaximal groups. And in the 'submaximal' group only the '170-age' formula could be used. Both formulas may not be used in the 'symptom limited maximal' group. The subjects's age, exercise history and health outcome are the important factors for screening subjects. It was suggested that if the subjects are young, healthy and active, the 'Jungmann' formula could be used to calculate their THR. In the elder subjects, or subjects without exercise habit or with some chronic diseases, the '170-age' formula can be used. As for the patients with chronic cardiovascular diseases, exercise prescriptions should be designed after the GXT was done.
