摘要
城市绿地的科学评价和评估是我国"生态园林城市"发展的重要环节和基本保障。目前我国城市绿地指标评价仍以绿地率、绿化覆盖率、人均公共绿地面积的3大指标为主要评价途径,其方法过于陈旧,已经不能完全反映城市绿化建设要求。文章在基于生态园林城市的新要求和当前城市绿地指标评价约束剖析基础上,提出了响应国家生态园林城市发展的城市绿地评价指标优化。从城市绿地生态内涵型分析指标完善、关注民生的绿色质量评估指标建立、绿地发展动态评价指标和应对城市问题的绿地效益评价指标等多方面提出了城市绿地评价指标内容和体系的优化建议。该研究对当前我国生态园林城市的发展建设具有一定的参考,也对科学开展我国城市绿色发展中的绿地建设评估具有一定的指导作用。
The scientific evaluation and assessment of urban green space serves as an important part and basic- guarantee for the development of ecological garden cities. At present, the evaluation index of urban green space in China still takes the three indexes, i. e. , green space rate, green coverage rate and per capita public green area, as the main evaluation approach. This evaluation approach is too outdated to completely reflect the requirements of urban greening construction. Based on the analysis of the new requirements of ecological garden city development and the constraints of the current urban green space evaluation index, this paper proposes to optimize the urban green space evaluation index corresponding to the development of national ecological garden city. In addition, the paper puts forward some concrete suggestions for the optimization from the aspects of process analysis, livelihood concerns, dynamic adaptation, and urban problems addressing. The research has certain references to the current development of ecological garden cities in China, and also plays a guiding role in facilitating the science-based evaluation of green space development in China’s green development.
