台湾地区国家公园社区规划初探

Preliminary Study of Community Planning of National Parks in Taiwan Region,China

我国台湾地区的国家公园在解决社区问题与建立伙伴关系方面进行了大量探索与实践,对于解决大陆地区保护地的社区问题具有较强的借鉴意义。文章针对台湾地区国家公园与社区之间互动关系的3个阶段展开分析,梳理出相关社区规划的4个层次和5个方面的内容,以期总结台湾地区国家公园社区规划的特点及其启示。

National park system in Taiwan Region is to some extent similar with that in China mainland in ter^ns of system establishment, development history and system improvement. Taiwan region has made many explorations and practices on addressing the community issues and building partnership with the communities, which is of strong references for China mainland to cope with the community issues emerging in protected areas. The paper analyzed and studied the three stages of interaction between national parks and local communities in Taiwan Region, reviewed the management framework and contents of national park planning there, and then summarized the four levels of the community planning and the contents in five aspects. This study is expected to sum up the characteristics of community planning of national park in Taiwan Region and its references.
