浅谈“互联网+”和“一带一路”形势下的汉字规范——以最高频字“的”字为例

本文从语言学角度,对"互联网+"和"一带一路"新形势下的汉字规范进行探讨。文章从最高频汉字"的"出发,对汉字使用频率及其规范标准进行解析,从而分析新形势下汉字规范的难度和对外输出汉字规范标准的必要性,最后分析强调汉字规范的建立和其对外输出的重要意义。文章站在"互联网+"和"一带一路"新国家战略的高度,紧跟时代语言问题热点,对当代语言生活问题进行探讨,强调做好语言顶层规划,是语言政策和语言规划方面研究的又一次有益尝试。
