摘要
为保障压缩机非稳态工况的安全性和稳定性,提高压缩机设计的可靠性,利用HYSYS Dynamic开展了离心压缩机启机工况的动态仿真研究。基于现场离心压缩机组搭建压缩机系统动态模型,根据实操流程对离心压缩机的启机过程进行模拟分析,模拟结果与实测数据基本一致,表明本文所建离心压缩机动态模拟方法具有较高的可靠性。针对启机工作点进入阻塞区的现场实际问题,提出了采用防喘振阀开度控制和增设回流回路的方法降低启机流量的启机流程优化方案,可在保证喘振裕量的前提下避免阻塞工况。本文提出的增强压缩机实操可靠性和稳定性的启机流程优化方案,提高了离心压缩机的工程设计能力,可为保障离心压缩机安全稳定运行提供参考。
In order to guarantee safe and stable non-steady operating conditions of compressors and accomplish a reliable compressor design,the dynamic simulation research on the working conditions of compressors has been conducted with the HYSYS Dynamic.With a dynamic model for the compressor system based on an in-situ compressor unit,the start-up of a compressor the same as the field operation has been simulated and analyzed,which gives out simulated results basically coincident with field data,showing the high reliability of the dynamic simulation method for centrifugal compressors in this paper.Targeted at the in-situ practical problem when the start-up operation point breaking into the blocking zone,an optimization plan through the control of anti-surge valve opening and the laying of more recycle loops of backflow to reduce the flow during the start-up has been put forward,thereby avoiding blockage in the premise of proper surge allowance.The optimization plan of the start-up process to enhance the reliability and stability of compressors in this paper can upgrade the engineering design of centrifugal compressors and provide a reference to the safe and stable operation of centrifugal compressors.
