海洋油气钻采高压钢丝缠绕胶管结构承压特性分析 被引量:3

摘要 为合理设计海洋油气钻采高压钢丝缠绕胶管结构参数,开展了胶管结构承压特性影响因素分析。首先,建立有限元数值模型,分析胶管各层的应力和应变分布情况;其次,优选高压胶管钢丝直径、缠绕角度、内胶层厚度和增强层橡胶厚度等4个结构参数,通过单因素分析系统呈现高压胶管各结构参数对钢丝层应力应变的影响;最后,采用正交试验方法分析4个结构参数的敏感性。结果表明,胶管各层应力与应变由内而外逐层递减;增强层钢丝的最大应力和应变随缠绕角度增加逐渐降低,随其他参数的增加逐渐增加;各参数对胶管承压水平的影响由大到小依次为钢丝直径、缠绕角度、增强层橡胶厚度和内胶层厚度。本文研究结果可为海洋油气钻采高压胶管结构设计时的参数优选提供参考。 This paper conducted influencing factors analysis on the pressure characteristics of rubber hose structure to properly design the structural parameters of high pressure wire winding hose for offshore oil and gas drilling.Firstly,an FEA numerical model was established to analyze the stress and strain distribution of each layer of hose;secondly,four structural parameters of rubber hose,namely wire diameter,winding angle,inner rubber thickness and reinforcing layer rubber thickness,were optimized to illustrate the effects of the structural parameters on stress and strain of wire layers through single factor analysis system;finally,the orthogonal test method was used to analyze the sensitivity of the four structural parameters.The results suggest that the stress and strain of each hose layer decrease layer by layer outwardly;the maximum stress and strain of the wires in reinforcement layer decreases with the winding angle step wisely and increases with other parameters.The parameters sensitivity analysis was adopted to study the influence degree of each parameter by orthogonal test.The influence priorities of such four parameters are ranked as follows:wire diameter,winding angle,reinforcing layer rubber thickness and inner rubber thickness.The study results of this paper would provide reference for the parameters optimization in the structural design of offshore oil gas exploration and production high pressure hoses.
