手术室护理对胃肠道手术患者切口愈合及并发症发生率的影响分析

Effect of operation room nursing on incision healing and incidence of complications in gastrointestinal surgery

目的:探讨手术室护理对胃肠道手术患者切口愈合及并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取本院收治的88例胃肠道手术患者作为研究对象,以简单随机法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组44例患者,对照组应用常规护理干预措施,观察组实施手术室护理干预,观察对比两组患者切口愈合情况和并发症发生情况。结果:就愈合良好率而言,观察组患者95.45%明显高于对照组77.27%,P<0.05;就并发症发生率而言,观察组为4.54%,明显低于对照组的20.45%,P<0.05。结论:针对胃肠道手术患者,实施手术室护理能够促进切口愈合,并降低并发症发生率。

Objective：To explore the effect of operation room nursing on the incision healing and incidence of complication in patients underwent gastrointestinal surgery. Methods： 88 cases of gastrointestinal surgery patients in our hospital were enrolled as the research objects and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 44 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received nursing intervention in the operation room. Healing rate and incidence of complications in the two groups were observed and compared. Results： In terms of healing rate, the observation group was 95.45%, significantly higher than that in the control group （77.27%）, P 〈 0.05; for the incidence of complications, the observation group was 4.54%, significantly lower than that in the control group （20.45%）, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion： For the patients with gastrointestinal surgery, implementation of operation room nursing can promote the healing of the incision and reduce the incidence of complications.
